Service Description
At Koda's Place, our Meet and Greet service allows us to connect with you and your dog in the comfort of your home. This initial consultation enables us to assess your dog's behavior and individual needs while determining if our training approach is the right fit for your family. Together, we'll set the foundation for a happy and successful training journey.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged a rescheduling fee. Training blocks must be used within the agreed timeframe unless a written extension is approved. If Koda’s Place must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather, the session will be rescheduled promptly at no additional cost. We strive to be fair and understanding while maintaining respect for everyone’s time.
