Koda's Place handmade essentials are crafted with care and passion. Most training gear and boutique items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a carrier tracking number via email to monitor its arrival. Please note that custom sizing or special requests may require additional processing time to ensure your gear meets our veteran-owned standards of excellence.
Returns & Exchanges
We take immense pride in the quality of every product we provide. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for regular, non-customized inventory in unused condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, behavioral coaching treats and custom products are final sale.
