To clean your leash:
Wipe down with a damp cloth for everyday dirt
Rinse with water after muddy or wet outings
Use mild soap if needed, then rinse thoroughly
Allow the leash to air dry before storing

While BioThane® is extremely durable, no leash or hardware is indestructible.
Dogs that chew, pull excessively, or are left unattended with their leash may damage the material or hardware. Koda’s Place products are not designed to be chew toys and should never be left with dogs unsupervised.
Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting equipment for signs of wear, damage, or hardware failure. If any damage is present, discontinue use immediately.
Koda’s Place is not responsible for damage caused by chewing, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Return & Refund Policy
At Koda’s Place, each leash is handcrafted with care. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns: Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition.
Custom Orders: Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
